Yoga


Pigeon pose is my personal nemesis. If you're not familiar with it, here's a little example (above). (Nope, that's not me - I didn't become a blond and I don't look that serene while doing this).

My teacher said we store your anger in your hip joints. So, you might start to feel slightly, ahem, ANGRY about the stretching sensations during this pose.

Judging by the thoughts I think in pigeon pose...I think it's true.

Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow.
